BC students in grades 8 and 9 can choose from a variety of teacher supported academic courses at Navigate.

Students can register for a full time program, or complete individual courses at their own pace even while attending their current school. The video conferencing option provides a way for students interact in a virtual classroom setting. With Navigate, students can:

Navigate (powered by NIDES) is a fully funded and accredited BC school operating within the Comox Valley School District No. 71 on Vancouver Island. When you cross enrol to take a secondary course through Navigate, we automatically contact your current school to ensure that full credit is applied for completing courses taken through Navigate. The protocols for cross enrollment are approved by the BC Ministry of Education and have been successfully implemented through Navigate for many years.
