Central<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In this unit you will learn about variables in a sports and entertainment product, how to recognize the importance of branding and its impact on service quality, how to define the stages of a product life cycle and how to determine why some new products fail or succeed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Unit 3: The ABCs of Business Communications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After this unit, you will be able to determine strategies for communicating information through promotional presentations, describe public relations and publicity, and review how a company builds goodwill and public awareness through community relations, identify elements of a press release, a press kit, and a press conference and define media
