This course was designed to help you demonstrate your ability to understand your own strengths and weaknesses and how that knowledge helps us plan and achieve our goals.
We will explore how balanced participation in physical and health education activities benefits comprehensive health and wellness.
Growth is a constant process of action, reflection, and reiteration. In this course you will regularly set goals, plan, execute and then reflect on your process and progress.
Skill development and knowledge require patience, repetition, perseverance, and consolidation. Both contribute to our physical and mental growth.
This course consists of 8 units:

PLEASE NOTE the following for activity monthly logging:
Unit 1: Skill Development-At the grade 11 level you are required to log 4 months of activities. You will aim for 5 hours of activity per week for 20 hours total per month. You must complete 80 hours of skill development in total.
Unit 2: Cross Training – At the grade 11 level, you must submit 1 month of activities related to your cross training and conditioning. You should aim for about 1-2 hours of this week for 5-10 hours for the month.
