FAe is a blended learning program where parents play a significant role in their child’s education. This can be rewarding and challenging. These questions are intended to help us support families to be successful. The information provided will play a role in the selection of new students for the FAe program. This is a program of choice in the district, and with that comes a $300 per student fee.

Please read the FAe Program Brochure and the FAe Program Expectations with your child before completing this form. Our teachers work to collaboratively teach through a fine arts lens which involves daily engagement in artistic pursuits. Students will spend time each day in music, sketching, and completing projects that involve creativity and passion for the arts.
