Google Apps for Education Permission Form

Our school uses a school-managed Google Apps for Education (GAFE) Account. We use the Google platform for organization and sharing of information between our teachers and families. This work includes our student learning plan (SLP) documents and the sharing of information which can include student name, parent/home facilitator name and student number, using Google docs and Google sheets.

The data created is inside Google Education and is password protected and not searchable on the internet. This private online learning environment is managed by the organization, and students do not have access to a Google account through NIDES.
